    okay so you downloaded the theme on your computer?
    and you would like to put it on your iPhone?

    if so, google a program called DiskAid, or iPhone Tunnel Suite.
    These are to programs which enable you to place files on your iPhone (Themes also) on your phone, via usb.

    to place a theme in winterboard via DiskAid or iPhone Tunnel Suite, you need to place the theme in the following directory;

    /var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX
    the xxxxx stand for random numbers and letters that are different for each phone.

    make sure your theme folder has the .theme extension

    If you have your own wifi connection theres another way.
    If you got the theme on your phone already you dont have to try this but it might help you with other things in the future.
    You can use a program called winscp and ssh the theme into your phone.
    You just gotta download and install winscp then open it place the ip address of your phone and then for user put root and pass put alpine then just move to: var/stash/themes and then copy the theme files into there and then just select it in winterboard.

    Sorry if you already got the theme on your phone im just try to help
