Default Can an iPhone be blacklisted if its never been activated before? (Brand NEW)
Im looking at buying an iphone 5S, i found one and the seller gave me the ESN to check, It says Clean ESN and passed on CheckESNfree.com. Its brand new and he says it was purchased outright. So If its not attached to any account and its brand new sealed and never been activated, is there any way after i activate and start using it that it could some how be blacklisted at all!?!?!?

I can provide the ESN via PM if anyone can shed some more light on this issue...

It could possibly be blacklisted after the sale if his intention is scamming the buyer. If the deal is too good to be true, beware, obviously.
Question how he got possession of the device, reason for sale etc. Cover your butt. Good luck.
