Default Tried to jailbreak iphone 3gs 4.3.5 w/redsnow....
So i tried to jailbreak my iphone 3gs 4.3.5 w/ redsnow and i checked the option to change my baseband to an ipad's so that i can eventually lock it after jailbreaking it. I go through with the jailbreak, and when it got to the step that takes place on the iphone. After a while, it stops jailbreaking, and goes into recovery mode. I tried to restore my iphone on itunes and it gave me error code 1015, and it starts restoring, and goes back to the "connect to itunes" screen. So i try downgrade and restore it with firmwares 4.3, 4.3.3, 4.3.4, and 4.3.5, and it gives me the error 3194. I tried using redsnow again and again, and it gives me the errors, again and again. I watched videos of how to fix this, and so i downloaded tinyumbrella, attempted that, and it didnt work. Can somebody please help me with my situation, thank you

Restore to 4.1 and you wont get error 3194. Then use redsn0w and stock 4.1 ipsw to jb and upgrade the baseband.

It shouldnt give you 3194 on 4.1. You never mentioned doing that before.

You do not go to redsn0w to do it. You use a stock 4.1 and shift+restore to it in iTunes

yeah, i did that, and it gave me 3194 =/

I attempted using redsnow with 4.1, and just doing a plain jailbreak, it got to the jailbreaking on the phone itself, and after 15 minutes of a black screen, it went back to the "connect to itunes" screen.

But you've used it. You've actually opened it before on the computer you're working on? Go to Advanced Options, uncheck the box to point to Cydia on exit, then close TU and open iTunes and do the shift+restore to 4.1 again.

Make sure you've exited TU after unchecking the box.

Connection issue I suppose. Restart your computer and use another USB port.
