You mean 5.11.07? Then yes just go to Cydia and install Ultrasn0w

You might have to reboot or wait 10-15 minutes for it to kick in. Had to wait 10 minutes for one of the phones I did before

Im pretty sure that baseband doesn't exist especially on a 3G.

Oh wow nvm. That could be a really old baseband

Try adding this repo "apt9.yellowsn0w.com" then install yellowsn0w instead

If that doesn't work out, you might consider doing a shift+restore to stock 3.1.3 just so you can upgrade the baseband to 5.13.04, then use Sn0wbreeze to create a 4.1 custom firmware and shift+restore to it. Then you can use Ultrasn0w cuz you've updated the baseband to the latest unlockable one.

Be sure to uninstall ultrasn0w first before trying to install yellowsn0w btw

Ok well you're gonna have to update the basebands by shift+restoring to 3.1.3. Just download stock 3.1.3 and shift+restore in iTunes. Then use Sn0wbreeze to create custom 4.1 firmware and shift+restore to the custom firmwares. If you want to stay on 3.1.3, that's fine too just jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.4 (point at 3.1.2 ipsw) or jailbreakme.com. If you still wanna go back up to 4.1, then use Sn0wbreeze method.

Then try the ultrasn0w unlock again.

That's odd. Ok, try following these steps exactly as I say:

    1) Shift+restore to 3.1.3 (again, yes)
    2) Jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.4 (be sure to have a 3.1.2 ipsw to point at to use Redsn0w)
    3) In Redsn0w, select "Cydia"
    4) Follow on-screen prompts
    5) When finished, install Ultrasn0w

If that doesn't work, follow these steps:

    1) Download Sn0wbreeze v1.4
    2) Open Sn0wbreeze and go into Expert Mode
    3) Select 3.1.3 ipsw
    4) In one of the menus where you get to select "Cydia" and "Winterboard", select "activate" if you don't have official carrier's SIM. Don't select it if you have the SIM. Also select what else you want, like Cydia and whatnot.
    5) Build the firmware
    6) Open iTunes and shift+restore to it
    7) When finished, if you chose "activate", you can then see your springboard
    8) If you didn't select "activate", insert your SIM now and open iTunes to activate the phone(s)
    9) Go to Cydia and install Ultrasn0w

Let me know if either works out. Sometimes jailbreaks don't allow Ultrasn0w to work properly.

If you're finding trouble still, do the Sn0wbreeze steps again except with a 4.1 ipsw. Maybe it will work better on 4.1. Don't upgrade straight to 4.1 or the baseband will be upgraded and the unlock will be lost. Restore to the custom firmware made by Sn0wbreeze.

Your sim card must have service in order to activate it.
