If you rely on an unlock for an unofficial carrier, do not use redsn0w as it requires you updating to the latest stock firmware (4.1) which updates your baseband to the currently not unlockable 5.14.02.

Use sn0wbreeze or pwnagetool to create custom 4.1 firmware instead which will not update your baseband. Then restore to that custom firmware.
