Default HELP iphone wont' start, stuck at office!!!
man i misread the instructions and accidentally installed blacksn0w on my 3GS 3.1.3 on 5.12.01 and now it won't boot past the apple logo.

i'm stuck at the office and need my cell. is there any way to fix the problem without going home to restore. or matter of fact restore at all cause i might lose saved stuff on my phone.

please help... !!! i tried restarting it many times hoping i can uninstall it from cydia but not much luck!!!

someone please help. i'm back home and i get seem to get itunes o allow me to restore to 3.1.3. i'm scared to press restore on itunes by itself cause it might upgrade to 4.0. anyone know how to restore and stay on 3.1.3? i tried the shift +click restore but it won't allow me to restore.

You have to edit your hosts file first by adding this line to the very bottom of your hosts file :
    74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
On a pc it should be here : Cwindows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
    Save it and reboot
Download the 3.1.3 ipsw and shift key + Restore Itunes and browse to the 3.1.3 ipsw
Don't just click restore, it will restore your Iphone to 4.0

If the above IP address doesn't allow you to restore, try this
    74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com
Not sure why there are two, but you only use one at a time
