Default Download Sound file from SMS
My friend sent me a sound file from their phone and it is now in my sms. Where should I go look to download the file to my computer?

I've tried looking for it myself and searching MMI but I havent found anything that can help.

That's if you want to download a sound that is native on the iphone. I was looking to download a sound from a text message that someone had sent to me.

Ok, hit Edit on top of the screen. Then select the voice memo. Hit forward. Then type your own e-mail address. You'll receive an e-mail from (yournumber)@tmomail.net with the voice memo attached

Ok thank you for the help. Now Ive already converted it into .aif format and need to make it into a .caf so that i can make it a sms sound. Ive looked through the forums and what they suggest doesnt work on my pc.

How can i now convert the file?

    Im using Windows Vista

Yea that is what i tried doing except that when i click to rename it and add the .caf to the end it just becomes the file name+.caf which is still the .aiff format.

Is there another way to do this? Or am i doing it wrong?
