I'm using epc.tmobile.com and it too is EXTREMELY slow. It's actually unbearable!! I live in South Florida and have great signal strength.

Does anyone know if T-Mobile has plans on increasing this data speed?

T Zones will always be slow. It was not intended for web browsing the way that we use it.

Would just using the regular Edge data plan make it faster?

Probably not. It's all pretty much the same speed, give or take a few kpbs, just branded with different rate plans and prices.

I use epc and average between 100 and 200 kpbs in Chicago. I'm not complaining for $6.
