    Default Major problems
I bought a 4gb iPhone, unlocked it jailbroke it everrything was working great. By accident i updated it to 2.0, I was able to bring it back to 1.1.4 but now when I put in the sim card it wont recognize it. It used to say Tmobile in the top left corner, now when I put in the sim card it just has a lil - and I obviously have no signal! please help!

    Thanks

I am stuck in the same situation. My brother gave me his old iphone and he got the new one. He has AT&T and updated the firmware before giving it to me. I have T-Mobile. Well here is my question for you. Did you see bootneuter running? If so did it fail with error 5? If so then your modem firmware is probally 04.05.04_G which is the 2.0 modem firmware and bootneuter will not work with that version (to check the version go to settings => general => about and scroll to the bottom). You have to remove it and installed 04.04.XXX. So far I have been unsuccessful at that. Here are the instructions that I was using..
