if your on 1.1.3/4 the iphone already has a built in screenshot capability (high quality .tiff) you can use the newest bossprefs to activate it or use one of the packages off installer that activates it. To use it just hold the home button and toggle the mute button. The screen will flash and images will be added to your camera roll.

IPHONE HAS BUILT IN SCREENSHOT NO OTHER APPS NEEDED. you only need to activate the feature. Bossprefs.app is one way (v.60 or higher). And by the way, I DO know!

this has nothing to do with winscp. why would you be using it anyway? The images go right to your camera roll and you can sync them.
