Default Themed icon broke after update?
I updated my snapchat app today and it is no longer themed as it was before the update?
Did the image file name possibly change ?
Probably a simple solution but I'm confused.
    Thank you.

    Anyone?

Probably because Snapchat changed its icon names. Wait for the theme creator to update the theme.

    I am the theme creator.
I'm talking about my own theme Ive been working on.
How can I tell what the new icon names would be..??

Check the icon names inside the app.

/User/Containers/Bundle/Application/**nameOfYourApp**/Info.plist (in there you will find the BundleIdentifier and App Icon names)

Most of the App Icons are called 'AppIcon60x60@2x.png' these days.
depending on the icon size 29 for Settings, 40 for Spotlight, 60 for Springboard, 76 for Springboard (iPad)
depending on the device @2x for Retina, @3x for Retina HD (iPhone 6 Plus), followed by ~ipad if its an iPad icon.

i just encountered a weird issue somewhat like OP: i installed a theme (cant remember the name of it bc i didnt realize it was the culprit) and then uninstalled the theme not liking its look- i did an uncheck in winterboard then a remove in cydia- then a respring and then icleanerpro. what i see now is puzzling- the actual image for the folder icons- the background, is greyed out as if there is NO @3x file. i then tried a tweak called 'foldericons (ios8)' and used it to colorize the background and foreground, but the outcome was still greyed out bc it seems as if there is no file there to theme- where do i look to see the background of the folder icon graphic @3x file? (the folder icon is the box that is created on the sb where the app icons sit; the background is where they sit; and the foreground is what could be a gloss or flat finish?)

need the files? where to ssh? 8.1.1 i6 dont say restore blahblah
    any ideas?

EDIT: signing window not closed so i just went to 8.1.2 and said FI. believe the issue did NOT go away. the dock text was still black and the folder coors were funky. i did a reset all content and boom success.
