Everything you need is in iFile.

Default iOS apps (and Cydia apps) are located in:
    /Applications

    App Store apps are in:
    /var/mobile/Applications

    - For ALL apps, you need to find that app's Info.plist

    - Open that Info.plist and copy the: CF BundleIdentifier (Bundle ID)

    - In YourTheme.theme, create a folder named: Bundles

    - In the Bundles folder, create another folder using the Bundle ID title you copied earlier

    - Place your custom icons in that Bundle ID folder!

    Example:
    YourTheme.theme/Bundles/com.apple.AppStore/all_icons_for_this_app
