Thread: info.plist for status bar..

  1. #1
    Default info.plist for status bar..
    If I make a info.plist file containing this text

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "">
    <plist version="1.0"><dict>

    <string> color: #000000; font-family: Courier New; text-shadow: transparent 0px 0px 0px;</string>

    Shouldnt it change the color of my status bar clock to black if I place it in the root theme folder?

    running iPhone 4 with IOS 4.01

    What I really want is to have the default layout of the Phone(call)status bar.. Blue bars, 3g,wifi, green battery layout with white background..
    Cant find the files I need to edit and where to place them tho.. :/

    EDIT2: I think maybe my plist converter converts it back wrong..
    I use to make a new xml.plist, I then edit that xml.plist and use the converter again to convert it back to binary.plist.. I rename the file to info.plist and put it under root theme folder.. But when I copy the file back from phone, and try to convert it yet again to xml.plist it says only Wrong file format.

    Could someone create me a info.plist containing the text above and mail it to me at [email protected] so I can verify my observations? If yours work, then my converter doesnt.. :/
