Thread: Springboard Clock

  1. #1
    Default Springboard Clock
Does anyone know of a Springboard Clock that works with iOS4 so that I can have my wallpaper behind it?

And not the HTC one as that's too big!!

Just looking for a small one to go at the bottom of the screen just above the dock

    Cheers

Wim, the widget is awesome but instead of the weather can I just have the clock and date?

I think I can fix that
I'll get back to you when I'm back at home.

There is a Springboard Clock available in Cydia hosted by MMi.
It shows the clock, but it doesn't apply any wallpaper, useless for now.
So I edited a dbar widget and disabled the weather.
Now it's just a question of how big you want the fonts to be and where do you want it placed?

Yeah I'd seen that one and tried hence the request!! You are a legend!!

Ideally where the weather was on your weather Kelly mod, but if that's too hard then where it is on your screenshot, bit the date on the right and the time on the left, pretty much like the one on MMI but with a wallpaper behind i

I'm getting the hang of these widgets
I was editing the dbar widget (1st screenshot), but then I found what was failing in the springboard clock and I fixed it.
Now you can set your wallpaper through Settings.app.(first time I see that on iOS4)
After you've set another wallpaper, you'll have to respring.
Don't know how this works on an iPhone 4 though, if you choose a hi-res wallpaper.
If you want any changes before I send it I can do that.

I made two versions of clock widgets
You can set the wallpaper through Settings.app or Photos.app.
After you changed your wallpaper you'll have to respring.
You can download them here http://modmyi.com/forums/iphone-2g-3...ml#post5408695
    this is how they look.

It's an icon that says Setting
You can set your wallpaper the way you used to, just respring after you changed your wallpaper.

I'm sorry, I edited a little too much
The widgets won't work without a Wallpaper.png inside.
If you put a wallpaper sized 320x480 inside the theme folders they will work.
I'll try to get them to work again, but for now you can use it this way

Hi, used a 320x480 wallpaper in the theme and set the same one using photo.app and it made it massive. I only got the top left hand corner?

    Any ideas?
