Default Themes will not affect my icons
I have tried several themes and none of them are changing my icons.
Every time I try a new theme and do the winterboard install, I then clear the cache and re-spring. Still the icons are stock.

I think something is going wrong with my phone.

    Any help would be appreciated

I would sugget iWipe. This will clear out any garbage that may be holding on to your stock icons. Run it then select your theme.

    good luck

Try un-checking all themes, then run iwipecahe, then apply the theme in WinterBoard.

open WinterBoard and make sure you have "SummerBoard Mode" turned on.

you need it update the names of icons from Photos.png to com.apple.MobileSlideShow.png. App Store becomes com.apple.appstore.png, etc.

Please don't rename the icons, they are EXACTLY named as they are labelled.
It looks like a system default, try hard-rebooting 2 or 3 times in a row to empty live memory.
    (Maybe even one is enough)
This helps in most bug cases.

(Press Home and Power button until the Apple logo reappears, in case you don't know)

well, for some reason, saurik has made it so that Winterboard no longer recognizes file names like Photos.png. If you wanted to theme the Photo App after the Winterboard update, you'd have to name it MobileSlideShow.png. If you wanted to theme safari's icon, you'd name it mobilesafari.png, and so on. To find out what the names of each icon are, go to /Applications/APP NAME.app/info.plist

In the info.plist, it'll show the app's 'true name,' like mobileipod, mobilephone, preferences, etc...

    Sorry if i'm confusing...
