Any program that will convert a m4r to a aif will work, then just change the aif extention to a caf... Simple
In iTunes go under edit/preferences/import settings change it to import using AIFF encoder. Once that is done, restart iTunes, click on the song you want, then advanced, then on create a AIFF version. When it's done and the new version comes up in iTunes RIGHT click on it and click on show in windows explorer. RIGHT click on the song and chose Rename. The Rename the file extention from .AIFF to .CAF
.AIF and .AIFF extentions are interchangable with a .CAF extention

Got one problem... when I go to Advanced after resetting my iTunes I can't create an AIFF file because the option is 'grey' and I don't know how to activate it... =/

    Help?
