    Default Redsn0w stuck at waiting for reboot, trying to jailbreak my 4.0 3G
    I have looked up this problem and many users have had this as well.

    Everything is fine until this point and redsn0w just stays stuck...

    is your phone off ..if so just restart ... redsnow ...start the process again ..mine did the same thing ... second time worked fine ... only thing not working for me is multitasking ...no sure why ..

    is it in DFU mode? if so, that may be the reason.

    put the iphone in recovery mode, then run redsn0w again.

    yes my iphone was off just like every time i have tried

    The 3g processor is to slow in comparison to the 3gs so it's disabled by default. If you want to enable it have a look here,

    Multitasking on your 3G

    Once you are jailbroken, navigate to /System/Library/CoreService/SpringBoard.app/N82AP.plist

    Open the plist and change the multitasking key to = True
