    Default Var/stash folder empty
    I don't have anything in there but themes I thought ringtones and other folders go in there after ya jb?

    Did you make sure to go all the way back to root, then accessing var/stash?

    Well that's not normal... it shouldn't be empty. Might be a jb bug.

    What method of SSH are you using?

    Hm. I thought it might've been like if someone uses iFunBox where afc2add was not installed, there would be a lack of root access. But that seems to not be the case. I guess my previous statement still stands then

    Do you have a /var directory?
    Does /var link to /private/var?
    What is in /private/var ?
    IDevice?
    IOS?

    This is from a 3GS w/4.2.1 and displays the contents of /private/var/stash (aka /var/stash). Maybe it helps.
    I've noticed a few minor link changes between versions. I access themes via /Library/Themes
    -snap2.jpg

    This is what I got and I added ringtones

    Ringtones folder on 4.3.3 is /Library/Ringtones.
    The following images are from an iPad 2 w/4.3.3
    -snap4.jpg -snap3.jpg

    So all is good then cool thought before I restored I had ringtones in there oh well
