Thread: Rerun limera1n RC1 after installing Beta 4?

Default Rerun limera1n RC1 after installing Beta 4?
I see that there's been an update to limera1n to RC1 from Beta 4, which I had installed with. Mentioned in the RC1 release notes were "af2c and reliability improvements".

Is there any need or is it advisable to run limera1n RC1 on the machine over the already installed Beta 4?

    Thanks.

I am also looking for an answer.

I used beta 2 to jailbreak my iphone 4.

Rc1 beta had a bunch of problems, if you're experiencing any..use the newest RC. if not there's no need really

Would it break anything/delete any files if I "Re-Jailbreak"

There's no need to run limra1n again. Just install afc2add from cydia. That's all that was added.

So if I wanted to go from Beta4 that I installed yesterday to RC1b would I have to restore in iTunes first then jailbreak again or can you just run limera1n again without having to restore?

No, you can just re-run limera1n, but like I said earlier there's really no need to. You wont get any benefit from doing it again.
