change " MACalc-0.0.1 " extension to .rar or .zip , extract it
    and install "MACalc.app "

Very nice, particularly the way the 'inactive' buttons are greyed out when not meaningful; thank you.
    May I suggest a more traditional ordering of the arithmetic operators - reading from top-to-bottom I would prefer: / * - +

I wish there was an equal button, its so weird to use this.
To multiply 6 by 3 lets say you have to do this:
tap 6 then tap enter, then delete 6, tap multiply (x), then tap 3
thats so weird haha im using to doing press 6 press x press 3, than equal lol

Ummm that's not how RPN works:

to do 6x3 you would tap 6 Enter 3 X

The benefits come when you need parenthesis:

    to do 6x(4+5) you would tap 4 Enter 5 + 6 X

The one file is actually a .tar file - you need to untar it.

If you transferred the file to the phone, you could use Terminal to untar it on the phone, which may set the execute bits automatically for you.

Otherwise, use something on the PC that understands tar format (like power archiver) or the mac should have a tar program at its terminal prompt.

    Awesome app to FINALLY have.

Honestly, how long have we all been talking about the weak native calculator and when we'll get something with more features? 90% what this app can do goes right over my head, but being able to square numbers, run a tape, etc. is huge for me.

Great step forward in the evolution from basic to actually useful.

PLEASE click everyone's "Thanks" buttons...they are begging for it.

    Great app! Thanks!!!

this is soo weird this RMD thing.
Some should just figure out a way to put in parenthesis and use this as a regular calculator. It would have been great but the RMD ruins it.

Default Don't listen to those other guys...
Awesome app! I've been using RPN for years and can't stand having to use regular calculators, including the one that comes with the iPhone. This is the first iPhone app I've seen that I actually want to use as a permanent replacement for an Apple app.

Just give us more than 2 decimal places and I'm sold!

What RPN calc have you been using???
Just press Fix and the # of decimal places you want to show, and you get that many displayed. Calculations use full precision.
