Default Display Reception in dB's instead of bars
I've seen a few screen shots of iPhones and saw that where the signal bars are it displays the phones reception in dB's.

Does anyone know the name of this app/tweak whichever it is?

Now, the next question -- what do the numbers mean, and why is there a negative sign in front?
