    Default iFile won't stop crashing
I hadn't used iFile for a few days, and when I opened it yesterday it goes to loading screen and then crashes out. Tried uninstall and reboot, can't figure out what else it could be. I use safari dlm to download vids at times and that's when I went to open video in iFile, and it crashed out.

    Any ideas?

Do you have Firewall iP installed?

If you do, open Firewall iP, then tap on iFile & disable it in the top right corner.

That should do it. A future update for Firewall iP should fix this.

Firewall iP has been updated to 1.39-4 which has a hotfix for iFile. You can switch it back on now

I've got firewall ip 1.39-4, but whatever "hotfix" is built in, doesn't have any controls I could find or effects (ifile still crashed at launch)

What I had to do was go into firewall... Hit the "add" button and then add iFile to the list, and then turn iFile off. Now iFile opens.

Does anyone know exactly what the hotfix is? How it works? Is it user tangible?
