Default How do I get contacts from SIM on version 1.1.2
    Hi there,

Please can someone explain how I can transfer my contacts from my Virgin SIM onto my iPhone? I've read the other posts here suggesting using iBricker and SIMport but because I'm using firmware version 1.1.2 it won't work - any suggestions?

The phone is jailbroken and I'm using a Turbosim if that helps!

Apologies, I'm a girl and new to this, so if anyone knows a way, please can you explain using step-by-step instructions (i.e. an idiots guide)!

    Many thanks,
    Nat

ibrickr works. one person says it doesnt and everyone believes it. ive been usin t since day one of iphone, the first firmware. it worked the same on 1.1 and rocks the best on 1.2
alot easier filesystem access than winscp.

to get your contacts, use simport, thats what i did with my old razr's sim card. im pretty sure there is an installer source that has it, because its showing up in one of them, although i used winscp to instal that one program, as it wasnt on installer at the time

To make Simport available via installer you have to add http://install.ifon.no to the installer sources 1st. (hit installer then sources then edit, then add)
