    Default iswitcher help
Ok well i finally got iswitcher installed, and I really wanted this theme:
    http://www.modmyi.com/forums/dow...d=636&act=down

Problem is that it isnt on installer.app, so I have to install it manually...does anyone how to do this?

(mainly wanting to change docks like iphones)

    1. install BSD subsystem (from list of apps available from Installer)

    2. install OpenSSH. once installed and having access to your wifi get your iphones IP address from Settings->Wifi->click the arrow next to the wifi network you are connected to. you'll then see your IP address.

    3. SSH into your phone. ssh -l root 10.x.x.x (use your ip address). if using a mac just use the Terminal app to ssh. if windows, i don't know find a terminal type app to command line to use ssh.

    4. Use password "dottie" or "alpine" when asked after ssh'ing into your phone.

    5. get a SFTP program to transfer files to your iphone from your computer. server will be your IP address of your iphone, user = root, password = dottie or alpine.

    6. Summerboard themes are in Library/Summerboard/Themes/ , this is the directory you'll place your themes. each theme should have it's own folder.

The folder you listed above is where iSwitcher copies the dock and wallpaper. It is NOT where iSwitcher themes are installed, nor the other location listed in this thread.

You need to make a folder that matches (exactly) what your .thm.zip file (without the .zip).

Example: If the file is called iPod.thm.zip. You need to make this folder:
    /var/root/Media/Themes/iPod.thm
Now copy all the theme files into that folder. You need at a minimum, these files:
    thm.preview.png
    Info.plist
    <matching name>.thm.zip
    You might also have:
    SBDockBG2.png
    LockBackground.jpg
    /Icons (folder)
    StatusBar.png

Perhaps a trip to the iSwitcher site would be in order. You can find guides in the Wiki section. In case you have signatures turned off, LINK
