Thread: Cannot connect to YouTube

    Angry Cannot connect to YouTube
Ok, I know that this has been all over, but after I used the crack on my 1.1.1 iPhone, my YouTube hasn't worked. I did do the replacing and modding of the 4 files required and now my favorite videos play but when I try to search or go to Featured I get the message "Cannot connect to YouTube". I'm no rookie on SFTP and cracks, nor am I a code writer, but I'm stumped.

If anyone else is having this same problem, or has fixed it, let me know. I've searched through the forums and haven't seen too many other people with the cannot connect issue.

I really hate to do a restore, but will if necessary. Thanks in advance.

Atleast its activated. YouTube is in the process of converting their library to H.264, so they might be down from time to time.

If it stays that way, check your WiFi connection.

I just did a restore and everything works fine... however I don't know if I'm going to mod it again. I really miss the search and to do list however. I hate to have the iPhone and not mod it, it seems wrong.

    Try this:
    - Open installer, and install the update if prompted.
    - Go to sources and tap Edit and Add
    - Add this URL:
    - Tap Done and then Refresh
    - When done, go to Unlocking Tools category
    - Install YouTube activation
