Default Movement - Arranging your iPhone apps shouldn't take all day
One of the missing features in iTunes is the ability to organize iPhone applications directly from the computer, having to do it slowly by hand from the device itself. Fortunately, until Apple decides (if it ever does) to implement a similar function in iTunes, you can use Movement, which is an application for Mac that allows us to sort the applications we have in the iPhone.

Note: Use at your own risk, as many noted on the thread it messes important files on your iPhone

    Download Movement

I believe that computing should NOT be about stamina. Which is why I use WIN7

    No Windows version?
I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

    Hell no

It looks awesome but could fail horribly. I will wait for someone who doesn't mind rolling the dice on it

Several moons ago I experimented with changing the springboard plist. It worked But messing around with this terribly important system file is sure to result in some serious restore time. I'll arrange them manually

What are the problems people have found with this? Not having a Mac I can't try it but Musclenerd seems to think it's OK - from Twitter:
