Apple recently added a whole ‘Earth Day 2015’ section to their App Store, incorporated green in their retail store logo worldwide, and even made Earth Day their main focus on their website by moving the Apple Watch to the bottom of the page. Then to end the day, it was noted that the Cupertino-based company had a concert at their headquarters located in Cupertino, California. One of the first celebrities to get their hands on the Apple Watch, Pharrell Williams, performed at the concert.

Apparently Apple CEO Tim Cook took to Twitter to post a photo of Pharrell’s performance and captioned it "Thanks @Pharrell for an unforgettable Earth Day celebration." It was noted that Pharrell was spotted sporting the same smatwatch as the one he showed on Instagram previously. More and more celebrities are wearing the Apple Watch before the official release date, including Drake, Beyonce, Karl Lagerfeld, Katy Perry, and more.

The company’s efforts in holding a concert, changing the color of their Apple sign, and even having their employees wear green shirts definitely shows Apple’s view on environmental responsibility.
