A few months ago back in January, Apple opened their first retail store in Hangzhou, China. According to previous reports, the Cupertino-based company is really looking to expand in China and open more stores in different locations this year. It has been noted that the company will be opening their second retail store in Hangzhou on April 24th, the same day as the Apple Watch launch. The second store will be located in the Jianggan District at 701 Fuchun Road in the MixC shopping mall and will open at 9:00am local time.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has stated in the past that China is a major market for the company and it appears to be the case with the most recent launch of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. We are sure sales of the Apple Watch will also blow other cities in the water when China debuts the device. Cook also promised that approximately 40 new Apple retail stores would be opening in China this year. In the first few months of 2015 alone, 5 new retail stores have already been opened.
