Yesterday, Tweetbot developer Mark Jardine teased a picture of what appeared to be Tweetbot for OS X Yosemite; also, the image appears to reveal Calcbot for iOS. The new Tweetbot for Yosemite interface takes a lot of cues from OS X Yosemite's design techniques, including transparency, flatter use of colors, circular display pictures, and more.

On Wednesday, even more details have been revealed. Tweetbot by Tapbots has posted another teaser picture, shown above, on Twitter this afternoon showing off Tweetbot 2 for OS X Yosemite in all of its glory. This time, it's a crystal clear picture and it's not blurry.

You can really make out the excellent use of transparency on the sidebar of the application, and it looks great!

What's more is Tweetbot by Tapbots also reveals that Tweetbot 2 for OS X Yosemite will be a free update, even after all of the work that was required to get it up and running:
