Yesterday, Tweetbot for Mac was pulled from the App Store following some issues with new users trying to log in. Reports were flooding the Internet with the idea that Twitter was furthering limitations on Tweetbot for Mac and that it had run out of authentication tokens.

Fortunately, it looks like the problem has been resolved. Tapbots, the development team behind the application, announced on Twitter Monday afternoon that the firm had worked with Twitter to fix the issue:

Furthermore, the application will be returning to the Mac App Store for $19.99 at this Mac App Store link.

Keep in mind, however, that the application is just now re-rolling out to the Mac App Store, so it may be a little while after this writing until you are able to actually find it by searching from the Mac App Store application.
