Despite shares of AAPL recently touching all-time highs (with new all-time highs poised to be made in the months ahead), that hasn't stopped some of Apple's top executives from cashing out at least some of their vested fortunes in AAPL.

In the last two weeks of October, two executives apparently thought alike and collectively dumped 268,051 shares of the company. In terms of the cash value of the transaction, we're looking at $28,595,267.

So who sold their stock? Not Tim Cook. Instead, Eddy Cue, senior vice president of Internet software and services, sold 261,935 shares.

The other top exec to ring the register is Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri. The CFO, Barron's confirms, "sold his entire direct stake of 6,116 shares for $624,523 through a 10b5-1 planned sale."

Per the usual drill, Apple is not offering comment on the stock sales or the reasons for them.
