Default ZiPhone f-ed up my iPod.
Alright, boy and girls. I just got a new iPod because my old touch was f-ed up. Now, I get home and downgrade it from 1.1.3 (default w/iPhone apps), but I can't. Now I download ZiPhone and run it. I get stuck at the "Spamming" message. I reset the phone since clicking "the fix" button didn't work. It turns on, and it goes through the whole message showing the system startup stuff and so on...a couple of minutes late it gets stuck at the "BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0" message, and that is all it shows. FYI, iTunes can't detect it, same with ZiPhone...

    Help Me.

Are you using the lastest version 2.6? If you downloaded from MMi its not Touch compatible. Try restoring and using iLiberty.

hm.. reconnect the cord to the computer? Restart? Restore? I kinda had the same problem with my phone, Once you get it working just update it all the way to 1.4 in my opinion...

found this video on you tube. Hope it helps. There are actually several videos on how to solve your issue. Just type BSD root: md0, major2, minor0, and choose one for yourself.
