Default HELP Messed Up iPod Touch 16gb Using Ziphone
I tried to jailbreak the 1.1.4 f/w with ziphone but it wasn't doin anything so I disconnected. Whenever I start up my iPod it just comes up with white text then keeps repeating 'BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0'. Please help me, thanks in advance.

I had that problem too but I was able to get it into restore mode. If you can get it that far then you might have the additional problem of it restarting again. Just connect it quickly and restore it from iTunes. If that doesn't work try using ZiPhone to start the process again but interrupt it when it gets to restore mode. Then restore from iTunes. It took me a little while to get it to restore but it worked in the end so I guess you should just keep trying.

If you do get it to restore you can try the newer version located here:http://download.ziphone.org/
You might want to try using that if you can't get it into restore mode. Good luck.

Hold down home and power until your ipod turns off. let go of the buttons
    connect your iPod to computer
as soon as you connect it, hold down on the home button.

THen if you decide u don't want to jailbreak use ziphone to kick it back into normal mode
