    Question iFaith..?
Ok so Im not really sure how to use this iFaith prog..

But does it actually create a signed IPSW for one who does not have a signed blob on cydia ?

What I did was plugged my kids touch into TU which Ive never done before & it only gives me 4.3.5 & above..So in iFaith I started it up & it detected the touch & asked me 4 choices & I selected create a signed IPSW I selected the stock 4.3.3 & a SHSH file from my daughters ipod touch @ 4.3.3...

Now this obviously isnt going to work on his touch but for her touch right..?
Just to be clear that iFaith didnt create blobs from his touch thats connected to PC..
It takes the blobs from the SHSH I needed to select earlier..

Actually, iFaith does create blobs from a working iDevice. It's the currently installed version for that device only and can also be placed in the TU folder and used normally.

Optionally, iFaith can use any TU blob (or a previous iFaith blob) to create a 'pre-signed' firmware. This firmware does not need TU when it is restored because the authorization (aka SHSH blob) is built in. Ih8snow calls theses iFaith firmwares or iFaith SHSH blobs, but they serve the same purpose as blobs from TU, Cydia, or Apple.

True. There's one caveat .. it won't work when the phone is broken. Gotta plan ahead
