    Default Leaving itouch plugged in
If I leave my nitouch plugged in will it damage my Itouch while I'm using it? I do this every time I turn on my itouch so it can stay at 100 %. or am I better off using my iPod out of the charger and only charge it when it gets low ?

No, it shouldn't hurt it. There's a protective mechanism in lithium-ion batteries which protect it from overcharging so it'll just run off of AC power.

It wouldn't hurt to restart it every once in awhile because if your iTouch is on for too long, it may start to bog down a bit; restarting it refreshes it and makes it start clean.

Li-Ion or LiPos (I think it's a ion in the iPod..) tend to have that PCB or circuit that's soldered close or on the battery which prevents it from overcharging and overdischarging.

However, it is highly recommended you let the iPod drain at least once a month to let the battery stretch it's legs.
It won't hurt it at all, but it will most certainly help with the battery life..
