    Default customize?
new to the forum so i hope i'm posting in the right place. i'm running 1.1.1 on my ipod touch and just messed around with customize for the first time. i think that i accidentally hid customize so now i can't use it (i also hid some other apps and can't use them either). is there a way to manually edit my springboard so that at least customize is visible, so that i can get back to customizing?
    thanks,

You need to restore the original DisplayOrder.plist to your Springboard.app which will fix the problem. Sorry I don't use an iTouch so I'm not sure the the file is still called DisplayOrder.plist for that model, but it should be along the same lines.

it sounds is if you're implying that i saved a copy of my original displayorder.plist file. since i have not should i attempt to edit it or does anyone out there have one that i could use?

Download Dock from Installer, use that to launch Customize, then make your icons visible again

I know there is a stock copy for the iPhone in the downloads section, but you'd have to check for the iTouch.

    Ps: Always back up
