I keep getting the following error, anyone know whats going on?

Special thanks to all of the #iphone dev team.

--------PHASE 1: Getting files off your iPhone---------

./iPhoneMacSSHInstall.sh: line 17: ./iphoneinterface: cannot execute binary file

--------PHASE 2: Uploading files and reconfiguring your iPhone---------

./iPhoneMacSSHInstall.sh: line 33: ./iphoneinterface: cannot execute binary file

    --------PHASE 3: Restarting your iPhone---------

Press and hold the Power button on your iPhone until it shows the 'slide to turn off' red slider.
Slide it, wait for the phone to turn off, and press the power button to turn it on again.

    Press Enter to continue...

    Any help would be great!!

can you delete them using winSCP (not the terminal window)?

if not, just put the files where they are supposed to go and then you should be able to delete the incorrect ones no problem. either way, having them in 2 places wont hurt

when you downgrade to 1.0.2 you should install apptapp for 1.0.2... after you jailbreak and follow all of the steps and can SSH into your phone, you use Installer.app for 1.1.1

there are 2 different versions... read the wiki very closely for every step... it gets tedious

    /dev/disk0s1 / hfs rw 0 1
    /dev/disk0s2 /private/var hfs rw,noexec 0 2

That was the outcome from the fstab file...

yes, SSH into your phone and just type "springboard" and it should automatically execute, then just restart your phone and you're good to go (you wont be able to tell a difference in the springboard until you have too many apps for one screen)
