Default Instagram Announces New Color and Fade Options in Upcoming iOS App Update

Instagram is teasing a new update for its iOS application coming later this week, via the social network's blog, that adds new color and fading creative tools with a variety of customization options for the user to apply to photos they wish to share with followers using the platform.

Color and Fade give the user the ability yo add tint or color tone effects to photographs manually without having to select from a variety of pre-defined photograph filters. This gives the user more choices to work with rather than having what appear to be commercialized Instgram photo filters on every photo they post up on the network.

Although iOS users have to wait a little while for the update, Instagram notes that Android users have access to these features starting today.

Instagram is a free download from the iOS App Store at this link and will be a free update for all existing users when the update is live.

Nice.. though since a recent update, I've had to log-in each time I open the app. Also, following a link in my feed brings me all the way to the beginning of my feed when backing back out.

I've been visiting the app less, since these issues began. Anyone else?

I haven't had a similar issue, although what you have you done so far to troubleshoot the problem?

Nothing other than a quick Google search, in which I found a 10 month old comment from the developers.
