Apple's Clock application icon, starting with iOS 7, is animated and will rotate in real time to match the current time in the Status Bar.

If you're feeling a little crazy and no longer have the need for an accurate clock application icon, then check out this new free jailbreak tweak called CrazyClock by iOS developer John Hammerlund.

CrazyClock lets you set a custom animation speed for the Clock application icon on the Home Screen so that it spins as fast as you want it to. Your Status Bar time, and system-wide time, remain unaffected and still display an accurate time, so it's not as if this tweak is going to render your time-telling capabilities useless (keep this in mind).

The tweak adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can customize the speed of the animation to your liking in click ticks per second and you can also enable or disable the tweak on demand from here:

The overall practicality of this tweak is practically zilch, but it's a cool way to toy around with Apple's animations. With this tweak, you truly can make the illusion of time that flies. If you want to give it a try, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository for free right now.
