The popular Rendarya jailbreak tweak by iOS developer iMokhles has been updated for iOS 8 and is now available in Cydia under the "Changes" tab. For those that are unfamiliar with the tweak, we did an in-depth review of Rendarya in April that shows off the tweak's feature set. The nice thing about Rendarya is that it adds all of these photo-editing features to the native iOS Photos application interface without the need to download separate applications from the iOS App Store.

Dubbed Rendarya8, the new iOS 8-compatible version of the tweak is available for $2.99 from Cydia's BigBoss repository, but it's also a free upgrade if you already own the old version of Rendarya, which impresses us even further.

Rendarya8 integrates seamlessly into the Photos application for iOS 8 by adding a small paintbrush button at the top of the interface while you're viewing photos. When you tap on the paintbrush button, you're brought to a slew of photo-editing tools that you can use to improve on your photos. You have demoed the paintbrush tool below, where we just goofed off and wrote "Rendarya8" on top of one of our photos:

The extended list detailing the feature set of the tweak via the Cydia description can be found below:
