On Monday, Apple has proudly launched some improvements to the gaming section for kids. A new section has been created in the iOS App Store with several more sub-sections that help parents decide what games to allow their children to play. The sub-sections are separated by the age groups "5 & under," "6 through 8," and "9 through 11."

The games are a mix of free and paid games, although some of them still offer in-app purchases, a way of actually buying your way through the game when you're too lazy to earn your way through it, or you feel too stuck to know how to advance any further.

To check out the new section, you can head over to this App Store link. Please note that this link will attempt to open the iTunes application on your computer.
