Default 'Notifications Tab Remover' Gets Rid of the Notifications Tab in Notification Center

When you open Notification Center in iOS 8, you normally see two tabs; one of them has the Today view with all of your Notification Center widgets both stock and third-party while the other tab has all of your unseen notifications. With all of the new features that iOS 8 has for Notification Center, it would be understandable if you only use Notification Center nowadays for the cool new widget capabilities, and not for the notifications at all.

If you're interested in removing the Notifications tab outright from the Notification Center interface in iOS 8, then you can use a new free jailbreak tweak called Notifications Tab Remover by iOS developer Greg. While installed, this tweak hides the Notifications tab from the Notification Center interface, showing only the Today tab, which houses all of your favorite Notification Center widgets.

It works best for people that really don't use Notification Center for notifications, but instead, want a way to see all of their widgets only. So, if you use a lot of Notification Center widgets, such as the stock ones, perhaps... Yahoo Weather, or Discover card credit balance, or Dropbox, or others, then you might actually like Notifications Tab Remover.

On the other hand, if you enjoy going to Notification Center to view all of your notifications in one place, then you might not like this tweak.

The tweak doesn't have any options to configure and begins working as soon as you install the tweak. iOS 8 is required to install this tweak.

They should make a tweak like this that just hides the tab at the top, and still allows you to swipe over to the notifications, too.
It'd make more room for both widgets and notifications.
