Default How to Enable Pull to Refresh for Web Pages in Your Safari Web Browser for iOS

If you want to enable the Pull to Refresh feature in your Mobile Safari Web browser on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, then look no further than a new free jailbreak tweak dubbed SafariRefresh by iOS developer sharedRoutine.

With this tweak installed on your iOS device, whenever you have a Web page open in Mobile Safari, you can just pull down on the page while you're at the top of the Web page, and then release once you see the little loading circle, in order to refresh the Web page. It works like Pull to Refresh in many other applications in iOS, such as Twitter, Mail, and many others.

The developer notes that since the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have larger displays, this feature can be more useful than the refresh button since you really have to reach far to get to the refresh button. This refresh method is much more ergonomically-friendly.

The best part, perhaps, is that SafariRefresh works with both iOS 7 and iOS 8. It's also an open source jailbreak tweak, so you can view the source code for the tweak on GitHub at this link. There are no options to configure; just install and use. If you want to give the tweak a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository.

This is one of the best tweaks Ive seen awhile. Glad its free. I would donate to help make this a feature for more than just safari.
