I use parallels for windows on mine. But I'm not willing to haggle through that Japanese stuff and ssh into and install cydia. I'll just wait for the English version to include cydia. I'm in no hurry now that I know it's coming soon

I love the responsiveness of stock iOS - my 6 and 6+ are ridiculously fast. JBing always seems to cause a lag or stuttering, as well as general stability issues after awhile - I'm sure it's a matter of tweaks butting heads a bit. I'm not doing it this time.

But damnit... iFile and Activator. Those 2 are must-haves. Then maybe a CC customizer, and Touch ID integration for stock apps (at least Photos, Contacts, Reminders, and Calendar).

Oh, and a better NC weather widget.

    That's it, I swear.

I still can't get over the ridiculous photo syncing required to transfer a single photo to your iPhone. Why does it have to be a single folder from a single computer that can't be deleted without iTunes??? It's the stupidest thing I've ever seen. This is 2014.

Same here. Activator and BiteSMS the 2 big ones for me.

But am loving the speed and responsiveness of the 6+, especially as I jumped to it from a 4S

I'm going to wait patiently for Pangu to release with Cydia installed. I do miss BiteSMS, BioProtect on my stock apps, and a host of other tweaks I have on my 5s. The suspense of waiting is so hard.

Yeah... I'm not much of a beta person myself. I hate dealing with bugs.

Inevitably Apple will patch this sooner rather than later. Awesome that it out so soon though!
So which is it? Premature? Or awesome that it's out so soon?? smh

I plan on using Windows in VMware, parallel, or bootcamp. I believe they all have free trials if you don't want to cough up the $$, if not, good ol' BootCamp will work just fine.

If you want to transfer a SINGLE are relatively small amount of photos to your iPhone, there are multiple, better ways to do it than syncing thru iTunes. If you're on a Mac, you can use Aperture/iPhoto, go to your library, and just add whatever photo you want to your iCloud stream. It should automatically pop up on your iPhone iCloud stream. You can also email it to yourself, sms/mms/iMessage it to yourself. I haven't tried Airdrop, so you can also try that.

You can use a virtual machine here's how :-

How to jailbreak iOS 8.x with Pangu on Mac OS X using a virtual machine

I have a PC but i'm gonna wait until the Mac version is out maybe by that time all the kinks will be sorted out.

Substrate is updated to work with iOS 8

Thanks. I will do it this afternoon, JA!

Keep in mind that this current jailbreak breaks iMessage's ability to send pictures. Your chat bubble will just be blank every time you try to send a picture in iMessage.
