Default 'NoSlideWhileMusic' Removes the Slide to Unlock Text When Listening to Music

Whenever you're listening to music on your iOS 7 device, your Lock Screen does a good job of informing you about what's playing in the background and giving you controls for your music. On the other hand, there is also that very distracting glitter from the "slide to unlock' text at the bottom of the screen too.

A new free jailbreak tweak called NoSlideWhileMusic by iOS developer CP Digital Darkroom will remove the slide to unlock text from the iOS 7 Lock Screen whenever you have music playing, as shown above.

The idea here is to simplify the iOS 7 Lock Screen when music is playing for a more desirable and less distracting appearance. The glitter animation effect or "flint" as some call it will actually distract your eyes from taking in the details of the album artwork and other elements on the iOS 7 Lock Screen, and that's why it's cleaner to just do away with it.

When you stop listening to music and the iOS 7 Lock Screen becomes normal again, the slide to unlock text will return.

If you want to give NoSlideWhileMusic a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. iOS 7 is required for the installation and there are no options to configure.

This is great for those who have 3.5" devices and CustomCover themes installed that fills the screen. Thanks
