Default Hide Application Labels From the App Switcher Icons With 'NoSwitcherLabels'

If you're a minimalist and see no reason to have any application icon labels in the iOS 7 App Switcher (or Auxo 2 for that matter), you can use a new free jailbreak tweak called NoSwitcherLabels by iOS developer Thomas Greenwood to remove them.

NoSwitcherLabels simply removes the names of the applications from the App Switcher in iOS 7, as shown above. Since the application icons, which are easily recognizable for most users, already tell you what each application is, it seems redundant to have the extra text floating around in the App Switcher interface. This is where many people's minimalist O.C.D. kicks in.

As we mentioned before, the tweak also plays nicely with Auxo 2. We actually used Auxo 2 for our screenshots to demonstrate the compatibility.

NoSwitcherLabels doesn't have any options to configure. Just install it, and you're good to go. iOS 7 is required for the installation.

    Name: NoSwitcherLabels
    Price: FREE
    Version: 0.0.1-5
    Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.1.2
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.1.2
