For those with the interest of being able to copy the entire content of a note in your Notes application right from the notes list view without having to open up the note and selecting all the text and then tapping on the "Select All" option, a new free jailbreak tweak called CopyNote by iOS developer sharedRoutine is now available just for you.

The tweak was made as an answer to a request by a Reddit user named Utopianconcepts, and as you can see above, when you're in the notes list view of your Notes application, you can tap and hold on any one of your notes in order to bring up a "Copy Note" button.

When you tap on the button, the entire content of that note is saved to your Clipboard so you can paste it somewhere else, such as in an e-mail, text message, or somewhere else that you may want to place the note content.

CopyNote doesn't have any options to configure. It's an open source project, and the source code can be viewed on GitHub at this link. If you would like to give CopyNote a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. iOS 7 is required.
