That little button in the Camera application's user interface that lets you switch between the rear-facing and front-facing cameras on your iOS device(s) can be hard to tap on sometimes. If you'd like an easier way to switch between the two, check out a new free jailbreak tweak called FlipCam by iOS developer sharedRoutine.

With FlipCam, you will be able to switch between the rear-facing and front-facing cameras easily by tapping and holding somewhere in the frame in the Camera interface in almost any Camera UI view, as long as it uses the PhotoLibrary framework.

Not only will the tweak make it easier to move between both the rear-facing and front-facing camera, but if you always have trouble tapping on the camera switching button, then this tweak is a sure remedy to make it less of a chore to switch.

FlipCam is an open source jailbreak tweak, and if you want to view the tweak's source code, you can follow this GutHub link.

If you want to give FlipCam a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit iOS 7 devices.
