If you use Apple's Music application to listen to music, or even iTunes Radio for that matter, then you could have something to gain from a new free jailbreak tweak called Controls for Music App by iOS developer rob311.

Controls for Music App comes with a number of functions that you can assign Activator actions to, including the following:

  • Enable or disable shuffle mode
  • Enable or disable repeat mode
  • Play more songs like what's currently playing on iTunes Radio
  • Never play what's currently playing on iTunes Radio
  • Add what's currently playing to your iTunes wish list

The options are available in the Controls for Music App preferences pane that is added to the Settings application. When you tap on each of the individual functions, you will be brought to an Activator pane where you can assign them an Activator action of your choice, as shown above.

Now, when listening to music from your Music application, you will have easy shortcuts to some handy features. If you would like to give the tweak a try, it's available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak requires iOS 7 and Activator to be installed.
