Default YouTube iOS App Gets Updated With a Slew of Improvements

On Monday, Google issued an update to its YouTube application on the iOS platform, bringing the popular video-streaming application up to version 2.5.0.

The update gives YouTubers a number of handy new features, including the ability share playlists or like playlists right from the application. In addition, users can now access playlists from the guide, reply to comments or delete your own comments, and see if comments are shared publicly or privately right from the application.

If you use YouTube extensions like ProTube Extension for YouTube or YourTube, you may want to hold off from the update, as compatibility has not yet been confirmed.

On the other hand, if you're not using extensions like these and you're using The YouTube application already, you will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of YouTube for iOS for free from this App Store link.

Pretty sure protube is dead. I gave up forever ago and just use that free tweak YouTube HQ 3G/No Ad. I think that's what it's called anyways.
You also can't forget that now we can't view about 99% of videos from our subscription feed because Google has no f****** idea how to run YouTube.
